You may know me from my online platform, Mindful Living, where I create content on how to slow down and reconnect with yourself through tools like mindfulness & yoga exercises, journal prompts and meditation. I'm a writer, yoga teacher and dedicated lifelong learner.


I created Mindful Living while going through a time in my life where I was lost and completely out of touch with myself and those around me. The lessons and tools I share in this course embody everything I have learned, leading me to a more aware and grounded life.


Through a blend of yoga philosophy, mindfulness and self reflection, my hope for Deeply Rooted is that it teaches you tools to cultivate inner peace through total mind, body and soul awareness.

Who is this course for?


This course is perfect for anyone looking to develop mind, body and soul awareness in a way that is both actionable and affordable. Rather than an extensive, long-term program, this is designed this to be an easily digestible part of your day; each lesson taking about 20-30 minutes to complete including the lesson itself and the accompanying exercises and questions for reflection.


Please note that this course is not intended as a replacement for professional medical help, nor is it a course for professional certification.


Do I have to have a yoga or meditation practice to take this course?


Absolutely not! While I do recommend certain styles of meditation for corresponding lessons, there are a plethora of other tools offered that do not involve meditation. Although yoga philosophy is part of the lessons, this course does not cover any physical practice of yoga. I believe that we are all at different points in our journey, and there is no exact formula we have to follow on our path to mind, body and soul awareness. This course will encourage you to explore different tools you can use to develop your practice.


Is this a mindfulness course?


The course has aspects of mindfulness woven in, but is truly a blend of mindfulness, yoga philosophy and self reflection to provide a comprehensive understanding of mindful living.


How long will it take me to do this course?


Deeply Rooted is designed to be completely self-paced. Find what works for you and allow yourself enough time to truly absorb the content, answer the reflection questions and practice the exercises.
